Taken with the feedback offered by our users who desire to be further informed of our product development processes, from this week onwards, I will analyze in full detail every process Faraland plans to implement during the week and its significance for our projects.
We introduced a new UI for PvP mode in the updated version a few days ago. These improvements aim to enhance users’ experience and add immersive elements to gameplay. The following walkthrough will further detail how the new interface that will be officially updated before long is adjusted.
Two top corners will still display in-game names of users and Mana pools whose shape is now changed into 2 Mana bars are blue ones. This enables players to easily keep track of the remaining amount of Mana. New Mana bars simplify the display of Mana adjustments and calculation in the future for better game balancing.
2 hexagons next to 2 Mana bars are users’ personal avatars (this feature will continue being updated in next versions). Exclusive avatars will be issued in a limited number and can only be received in special events. Faraland users are then empowered to better personalize themselves with their own styles and even their unmistakable uniqueness.
The top middle of the screen is now “Timer” counting down the remaining time of each turn. The time bar is redesigned to make it clearer than the previous one.
“Hourglass” icon on the left is the “End turn” button. By separating “end turn” buttons, confusion is avoided; codes are accordingly separated, which makes error processing easier.
“White flag” icon on the right is for users to resign from the game in case the opponent is too strong (this feature is requested by many users so we decide to add it right away)
The left bottom now displays the turn order of both teams. Heroes’ avatars will be in animation (items will also be displayed if equipped, so cool right?)
“Skill book” icon at the right bottom is for users to select different skills they want to use for their heroes (each hero can optionally select 3 Race Skills and 2 Skill Books in PvP mode)
Just by clicking on the screen, a “roll of skills” will be displayed for users to choose from. By clicking and holding on the skill, you can read all its stats and related data.

What is Faraland
Faraland is a role-playing strategy wargame for Android and iOS, developed on blockchain by MoonKnight Labs, a company based in Vietnam. The players control the characters of 7 races: Humans, Orcs, Elves, Fairies, Dragonborns, Angels, and Demons — each with different abilities, strengths, intelligence, and agility, to fight with other players in a universe called Faraland.
Faraland is an innovation project combining NFT technology and gaming experience. Not only are all exquisitely digital collectibles created using blockchain technology, but all NFT in Faraland can also be integrated into Faraland games later, which will help them increase the value. NFT is the soul of this project. Each Hero, NFT of Faraland, is unique. Each collectible is matchless, genuine, and varies in rarity. Faraland Universe has many different races like Human, Orc, Angel, Demon, Dragonborn, Elf, and Fairy, awaiting the users to discover.
Faraland is different compared to other NFT projects where NFT is solely used for collection. With many exciting gaming activities, Faraland’s users can use their NFT heroes in many unique ways, from equipping them with powerful weapons or shining armors to engaging them in various thrilling battles. It’s a solid and exciting game with a fundamental and engaging storyline. We also focus on the “play and earn” mechanism, making Faraland far beyond a regular game. A variety of options are also available for users, including reinvesting in the game, making your heroes stronger, or cashing out. Our vision is to make Faraland a “dream job” by providing players worldwide opportunities to generate regular income from the project.
